RTW Refractory Inc.

RTW Refractory, Inc. was founded in 1994 as RTW Industrial Maintenance, Inc. by Jeff Redmon, Troy Tomlingson, and Jimmy Wingfield. The business initially focused on power generation projects throughout the Midwest before expanding into primary and secondary aluminum markets. In 2001, the organization adopted the RTW Refractory name to better reflect its core services. Today, RTW focuses on power generation, primary aluminum smelting, steel manufacturing, and secondary aluminum operations. RTW also operates RTW Technical Resources, a division dedicated to helping customers solve process-related challenges through field evaluation and technical support.
