Recognizing the legacy of service
The Judy Pehle Customer Service Award is one of HWI’s most meaningful honors, recognizing those who go above and beyond to deliver world-class service while embodying our core values of Tenacity and Accountability.
Named in memory of Judy Pehle, an HWI team member with more than 30 years of service, the award celebrates individuals who demonstrate the same passion, integrity, and commitment. As Judy brought to her work every day. Her legacy of precision and leadership continue to inspire our teams across the company.
After being awarded annually until 2018, HWI proudly reestablished the Judy Pehle Award in 2025 to honor outstanding members of our Customer Service team who support multiple customer locations and exemplify the spirit of service excellence.

This year’s honoree, Christy Stuckenschneider, has been an integral part of the HWI family for over 35 years. As a Customer Account Specialist, Christy’s work consistently reflects the highest standards of professionalism, reliability, and care.
Known for her solutions-focused approach and her deep dedication to both customers and colleagues, Christy has built lasting relationships based on trust and respect.
