As we continue to navigate the current COVID-19 health crisis together, we remain committed to prioritizing the safety and well-being of our team members, their families, and our valued customers. At the same time, we remain fully prepared and committed to being your first and only call for refractory products and services.

Now and since this pandemic began, we have been at full production without interruption to ensure that we are providing customers with all the products they need to keep moving forward. We value our important role in supporting manufacturing in many vital industries. As previously noted, customer demand for HWI refractory products and services remains strong, and we are meeting this demand.

Thanks to a stable supply chain and the unyielding dedication of all our employees, our production teams have been responsive, and we are well-positioned to continue producing, selling, and servicing our products for customers to meet current and future demand. Our production lead times are short, and we are processing orders with high efficiency.

All our facilities have adopted required and recommended precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of our people, and we are also observing our customers’ internal regulations. Our plants and distribution centers, or “DCs” have instituted multiple best practices for proper hygiene and social distancing, in full compliance with local and national guidelines. Our team members who can work from home continue to do so in accordance with local directives. We will continue to implement evolving best practices as the regions in which we operate begin the process of “re-opening.”

We have found innovative ways to operate in this “new normal” environment so that you and all our customers can rely on us with confidence and peace of mind. We are also proceeding with exciting product and industry innovations to ensure that we will anticipate and respond to your future needs.
