Concurrently, we’ve been committed to delivering a continuous supply of quality products and services to all our customers, all without interruption.

Across all our operations, we’ve executed successfully on a very robust COVID response protocol, and we’ve adapted with agility as situations evolve. All our facilities are strictly adhering to safety precautions in compliance with applicable local, state, national, and international guidelines. Our teams have managed COVID-related challenges through disciplined and comprehensive practices at all HWI sites and within our field-based sales and service teams. We also thank our customers, who are taking disciplined steps to keep our employees safe as we work together on their sites.
We are intensely proud of our team for staying safe without compromising our customers’ confidence in us. Our employees have stepped up to drive a culture of safety and personal discipline in all HWI facilities, at our customers’ sites, and within their personal lives.
Since this pandemic began, we’ve been at full production without pause to ensure that we provide customers with all the products they need to keep moving forward. Demand for HWI refractory products and services is strong, and we remain well-positioned to continue meeting it.
Even during these unpredictable times, we have not lost sight of anticipating our customers’ ever-changing needs. We continue to invest in technology, product innovation, new services, and productivity.
