To improve security and support future functionality, the HWI IT team has been hard at work updating our Business Portal’s codebase and libraries. These upgrades lay the foundation for a more secure and feature-rich experience moving forward.
As part of these improvements, we’re implementing OKTA Single Sign-On (SSO) along with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Users will now verify their identity through a one-time code sent via email or through their preferred authentication app. While the portal may have a new look, all the familiar features remain — including access to product data, datasheets, installation guidelines, curing/dryout schedules, and more.
What to expect:
- Existing HWI Business Partners and Customers: No action is needed — your access remains unchanged.
- New Users: First-time visitors will need to complete a brief New User Registration process. Account activation typically takes up to two business days, after which you’ll receive a confirmation email.
