HarbisonWalker International conducts Barboursville job fair for new South Point facility

HarbisonWalker International (HWI), the largest supplier of refractory products and services in the U.S., will be conducting a job fair in the Barboursville, West Virginia area for its new, state-of-the-art monolithics South Point manufacturing facility, which is scheduled to open in 2018.

In early 2017, HWI announced its plans to invest $30 million in a new plant. The company broke ground this summer for its new South Point, Ohio facility located at The Point Industrial Park. “The new facility will be one of the most technologically advanced refractories plants built in the U.S. and will be operational by early 2018,” Carol Jackson, chairman and chief executive officer, HWI, said in June 2017.
