HarbisonWalker International Announces New Director, EH&S
PITTSBURGH, PA – June 28, 2017 – HarbisonWalker International (HWI), the largest supplier of refractory products and services in the U.S, announces that Thomas Raught has joined the company’s Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Group as director, EH&S, effective May 8, 2017.
In this role, Raught is responsible for all environmental and safety activities across the company and for maintaining momentum on improving the company’s safety performance.
Raught has significant experience in effectively leading safety programs across several different companies, including experience within a steel manufacturing plant. He was most recently with EQT Corporation, as corporate safety director, responsible for managing all aspects of a company-wide safety program. Raught holds a BS degree in occupational safety and health management from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
