HWI to Introduce Accelerated Career Development Program
HWI’s Talent Management team is currently finalizing a new Accelerated Career Development Program, created to strengthen HWI talent by providing the opportunity to work across the company’s business and operations disciplines.
HWI will provide promising, recent technically oriented graduates with challenging developmental assignments designed to quickly build new skills, participate in complex projects, and receive on-the-job training. The program is scheduled to kick off this fall.
