HWI Thanks our Sponsors

The HarbisonWalker International (HWI) Humanity at Work team is determined to create meaningful and intense change in the community. On June 13th, 2018, HWI will host its 4th Annual Bowl-A-Thon to benefit Junior Achievement of Western Pennsylvania. The event will take place at Paradise Island Golf in Pittsburgh, PA.

Last year, HWI raised the most funds of any company involved throughout the 2017 campaign and we are looking forward to another successful year.

Junior Achievement (JA) is the nation’s largest organization dedicated to giving young people the knowledge and skills they need to own their economic success, plan for their futures, and make smart academic and economic choices. JA’s programs—in the core content areas of work readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy—ignite the spark in young people to experience and realize the opportunities and realities of work and life in the 21st century.

JA’s volunteer-delivered, kindergarten-12th grade programs foster work-readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy skills, and use experiential learning to inspire students to dream big and reach their potential.

This year, HWI has set a goal of raising $40,000 to support our local chapter of JA, and it’s donors like these that will help get us there.

Thank you for sharing our vision of Intensity in the Community! We are sincerely grateful for your support.
