HWI, A member of Calderys, is proud to welcome six talented graduates to its 2026 Focused Intense Rotational Education (FIRE) Program.
The newest FIRE Class officially began its journey on June 8, kicking off five weeks of onboarding designed to introduce participants to our people, culture, operations, and industry. Following onboarding, the class will begin their first rotational assignments on July 13, gaining valuable exposure to multiple areas of the business.
Throughout the program, participants will contribute across business and operations disciplines, gain first-hand experience in a wide range of functions and departments, complete challenging developmental assignments, and collaborate with leaders across the organization.
The FIRE Program is a cornerstone of HWI’s talent development strategy. Designed for technically oriented graduates, the program provides meaningful opportunities to build new skills, contribute to complex projects, receive on-the-job training, and develop a strong professional network throughout the organization.
