HWI’s Product Supply Team Celebrates CPIM Certifications

Jenny Warburton, director of product supply, and Sophia Zhang, purchasing agent, have recently earned the APICS Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM). The APICS is the premier professional association for supply chain management and the leading provider of research, education, and certification programs that elevate supply chain excellence. The CPIM is known as the premier certification for internal supply chain business operations and its designation sets the industry standard.

CPIM recipients gain the proven knowledge and skills to strategically streamline operations. Jenny and Sophia will use their certifications to drive HWI toward sustainable and ethical sourcing and work to mitigate and manage potential risks more effectively, while balancing global supply and demand.

Earning this prestigious designation will enable Jenny and Sophia to better manage supplier relationships to ensure high quality and performance, effectively increasing overall customer satisfaction.
