The United Nations has declared 2022 as the International Year of Glass – the first time that a material has been designated as the theme of an International Year!

As part of the celebration, the ACerS Bulletin is running a one-page column in each issue about glass innovations to show different perspecitives from the community. HarbisonWalker International contributed an article in the March issue: a legacy of refractories commitment to glass advancements.
