R.E.D. Zones — designed to Respond. Educate. Deliver. — are designated spaces in DCs, where HWI customers and prospects can interact with products, get detailed information, and place orders for immediate pickup or delivery.
“R.E.D. Zones are a one-stop shop for all of HWI’s popular refractory products as well as top quality, industry-leading safety and personal protective equipment (PPE) products,” says Benjamin Stanton, manager of New Business Development at HWI. “The opening of R.E.D. Zones coincides with the company’s expanded offering of thousands of products in all categories of safety and PPE.”
By the end of June, 17 DCs will have added R.E.D. Zones, including: Cleveland, Houston, Charlotte, Leetsdale, Knoxville, Santa Fe Springs, Richmond, Salt Lake City, and Tualatin. All USA DC locations will have the R.E.D. Zone launched by the end of 2017.
“The introduction of R.E.D. Zone enhances the retail experience, underscores our commitment to safety, and is part of our continuous effort to provide unmatched customer service,” adds Stanton.
