As part of the 2026 Safe.Day, colleagues are coming together to pause their usual activities, exchange experiences, and reflect on the role each of us plays in creating a safer workplace.
This year’s theme, “Safety: My Duty, My Responsibility,” is a reminder that safety is not something that belongs to one person, one team, or one function. It is a responsibility shared by everyone.
A strong safety culture is built through everyday actions: taking the time to assess risks, making safe choices, speaking up when something does not seem right, and looking out for our colleagues.
Safe.Day provides an opportunity to step back from our daily routines and turn these principles into meaningful conversations and actions. Through workshops, discussions, and shared experiences, teams are reflecting on how individual choices can make a difference to the safety of everyone around us.
Because safety goes beyond procedures and processes. It starts with people, with awareness, responsibility, and a shared commitment to looking out for one another.
