We developed our HWI Code of Conduct not only to help us remain legally compliant with all the latest requirements as prescribed by law; our Code also strengthens our company culture and reinforces our values. It also allows us to maintain industry competitiveness and operate in a more efficient and cohesive way. Our teams work to communicate effectively about it so that employees understand what is expected of them and how they can best abide by the standards we’ve set as a company.
